Abstract: |
An area of 15 hectares under threat from the proposed extension of an adjacent limestone quarry was fieldwalked. A previous geophysical survey had identified several features in the northwest quadrant of the site. In this area an assemblage of Roman pottery (3rd/4th century) and medieval pottery and tile was recovered. [AIP] |
