Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief at Bilborough College, Nottingham, recorded two areas containing the remains of one possible bell pit and associated spreads of spoil material, as well as modern features. The earthwork survey mapped the surviving extent of a series of bell pits and associated spoil mounds. Two evaluation trenches investigated the upstanding remains of one bell pit located during the earthwork survey, deemed to be of modern origin. [Au(abr)] |
