Abstract: |
A drawn record and photographic survey was undertaken of the sluice at Stroud Hill in advance of the construction of a sea wall which would bury the remains. The sluice was constructed in the late 18th century and was the only 'gout' or tidal door in the old sea wall from Walborough to the 20th century sluice at Brean Cross Pill. [Au(abr)] |
