Abstract: |
The assessment of the proposed development site identified that the site was close to a medieval moated site, however, the integrity of the site was dubious. A field boundary of an unknown date may also be impacted. Two Listed Buildings were close to the site but tree planting would mean their settings area would not affected. Any impact of the development would be low and was mitigated for. [Au(abr)] |
