Abstract: |
A watching brief was undertaken during the excavation of foundation trenches for an extension to the premises. A previous evaluation on the site had revealed evidence of a late medieval or early post-medieval ditch on the site. The watching brief revealed further evidence of this ditch. All other deposits encountered during the development of the site were of early modern or later date. [Au] |
