Abstract: |
The assessment was not able to establish the original dimensions of the watercourse, however, it did identify the location. The location of the groundworks associated with the re-instatement of the watercourse would impact heavily not only on the ditch but also on the remains of a bridge, a lane and possibly the west gate and northern boundary of the medieval settlement of Walton Cardiff, all of which dated to the 15th century.[Au(abr)] |
