Abstract: |
The archaeological investigations were to assist in a planning enquiry on the site. Despite the proximity of the site to the Roman town of Isurium (Aldborough), no archaeological features or deposits apart from medieval ridge and furrow were observed during the work. Possible features discovered through aerial photography were found to be geological. [Au] |
