Abstract: |
Archaeological evaluation at Tanhouse Farm Road, Solihull, at a possible moated site of medieval date revealed the ditch of the northern arm of the moat. No evidence for medieval occupation of the site was recorded and it is possible that the farm complex shown on 19th century maps was a post-medieval tannery rather than a medieval moated site. [Au] |
