Abstract: |
An evaluation in advance of residential development found little of archaeological significance. Despite lying within the medieval city walls, 17th century quarrying may have destroyed traces of earlier activity. Indeed, the paucity of medieval finds suggests that the area was not developed in this period. [AIP] |
