Abstract: |
Two evaluation trenches were excavated to a depth of 1 metre across an area where a series of rectilinear anomalies were visible on aerial photographs taken in 1946. Artefactually sterile alluvial deposits including silty clay, stiff clay and clayey sand were revealed and there was no evidence of archaeological features.[Au(abr)] |
