Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during the excavation of a cable subway trench. A single foundation shaft was monitored and revealed evidence of human activity consisting of made ground and partially intact foundations dating to the 19th and 20th centuries. No earlier archaeological stratum was revealed during the course of the watching brief. [Au(abr)] |
