Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was carried out on pipe trenches, cable ducting and resurfacing. The project formed part of the Tower Environs Scheme. The excavations revealed details of earlier phases of surfacing and landscaping elements (mostly from the 19th and 20th centuries), as well as details of a previously documented crane base.
