Abstract: |
Evaluation trenches were excavated on the site. Two undated post holes and three shallow pits were identified. The pits contained Early-Middle Saxon pottery and animal bone possible from processing of carcasses for meat, leather and horn. Two of the shallow pits were possible remnants of Grubenhauser.
