Abstract: |
<summary>The excavation showed that the ground level had not been built-up to any extent on the site. An earlier building on the site had been demolished very comprehensively, not leaving any information for archaeologists. However, the knowledge gained from the excavation of the depth at which natural ground levels lay beneath the present surfaces was a useful addition to the understanding of the natural topography of that part of the town. {italon}AIP{italoff}{spacea} |
