Abstract: |
The appraisal area comprised an area of concrete yard set within a block of Victorian terraced housing. A review of the known sources showed that no archaeological deposits were known from the site and, based on current evidence, it was considered to have only a low to moderate potential for containing any such deposits. Victorian and modern development was felt to have had a substantial and detrimental effect on the site of the proposed new building. [Au] |
