Abstract: |
An archaeological assessment was carried out on the proposed development site. The assessment identified that the site lay close to an area which was known to contain substantial Iron Age/Romano-British, Saxon and medieval settlements. The site was identified as being pasture land for many years and may only have potential for archaeology associated with the Roman Road which was to the front of the site. [Au(abr)] |
