Abstract: |
The watching brief was carried out on the course of a water pipeline and two pumping stations. A field boundary of unknown date, a backfilled clay quarry and a series of double platforms, some with courses of modern brick, were also encountered on the route. The platforms were either for the nearby airport or for light industrial buildings. [AIP] |
