Abstract:
Two trial holes were excavated to the depth of natural deposits. Although a soil horizon containing medieval pottery was discovered in Test Pit One, no features of medieval date were present. However, the feature in Test Pit Two contained residual medieval pottery together with oyster shell and pottery of 16th to 17th century date. [Au(abr)]
