Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out at a proposed development site. Neolithic settlement and monuments, including the Stanwell Cursus, had been excavated in the vicinity. Settlements ranging in date from the bronze age to medieval times had also been recorded. During the evaluation, 19th and 20th century pits were revealed. Finds of brick, glass and ironwork were also of this date. [AIP] |
