Abstract:		 The assessment established that the area contained no Scheduled Ancient Monuments or Listed Buildings, although a number surrounded the study area. Some archaeological potential was identified with a Late Iron Age/Roman industrial site at the eastern edge of the proposed development area. Lower potential for the medieval settlement at Worgret manor was expected. A number of historically important hedgerows were noted in the area. The study attempted to zone areas of archaeological potential within the application area. [Au(adp)]
