Abstract: |
Following on from a desk top assessment in 1994 an evaluation comprising geophysical survey and trial-trenching was undertaken. Features and deposits of medieval date were recorded indicating a village landscape with associated ridge and furrow cultivation. A backfilled pond of possible medieval date was also found.
