Abstract:
The assessment found that there was no need to re-route the pipeline from its planned route, but further work was recommended on four places on the pipeline. The first was in an area of Neolithic barrows, the second an area of crop marks, the third an area close to a medieval shrunken village and the fourth where the pipeline might bisect a possible Roman road.
