Abstract: |
<summary>An evaluation and minor watching briefs were undertaken prior to and during developments associated with the construction of a golf course. 53 features were identified, comprising ditches, pits and post holes; these were generally characteristic of an Iron Age farmstead. The extensive linear work known as the Grims Ditch, thought to run through the south-western area of the development, was not apparent. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
