Abstract:		 During the archaeological watching brief on the erection of a detached dwelling no archaeological deposits or finds were encountered. The only feature exposed was that of a modern drainage system. Occasional 19th and 20th century materials were observed within the topsoil and subsoil throughout the site but none was retained.
