Abstract: |
A detailed survey was conducted of all surface geomorphological features and archaeological earthworks within the boundary of the proposed northern extension to Hemington Quarry. Medieval ridge and furrow earthworks were recorded as well as other related surface features and air photographs revealed a complex of sequence of relict fluvial features within the proposed evaluation area.
