Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during the installation of a service trench along the length of road. The watching brief revealed that Cornmarket Street had been extensively truncated by modern services and phases of road resurfacing. However, the base of the city's medieval North Gate and part of the medieval town ditch were revealed. [Au(abr)] |
