Abstract: |
<summary>An earthwork survey was undertaken within a single field as part of an assessment of the archaeological implications of proposed development within the field. The field was shown to be divided by a sunken track or path, with ridge and furrow earthworks to the west of the track and the back sections of two enclosures or crofts to the east of the track. A comparison between the alignment of the ridge and furrow and the site's present boundaries established that only the southern boundary was likely to be medieval; the others all cut across the earthworks. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
