Abstract:		 Archaeological evaluation and a watching brief were carried out during groundwork at Hesley Hall School near Tickhill to construct new residences as part of the development of a village complex. The archaeological works were conducted on three separate occasions during the course of the development. None of the archaeological investigation revealed remains related to previous activity on the site other than those associated with the present hall. [Au]
