Abstract:		 An archaeological observation was undertaken during the stipping of topsoil for a dry-bed lake within the proposed Valley Park, which was located within a possible Romano-British Settlement. A scatter of Romano-British pottery had been recovered previously across the site, however no further evidence for a Romano-British site was revealed during the observation. The area across which the Roman pottery had been found was not further disturbed by the development. [Au(adp)]
