Abstract: |
On the basis of the available evidence, the site had archaeological potential. The main areas of archaeological interest were the potential prehistoric remains and the Roman road and associated features, such as ditches. It was likely that the site had previously been affected by development, but further areas potentially remained intact, hence there may have been a possibly of an archaeological requirement should planning permission be granted for any proposed redevelopment of the site.
