Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was undertaken within proposed Development Area 4. The evaluation consisted of a single trench and revealed two modern brick structures, one of which was probably a well. No earlier finds or features were found, and the natural sand was reached at the base of the trench. [Au(abr)]
