Abstract: |
Examination of the base of the church walls on the west, north and east sides revealed at least two phases of underpinning of 19th century and modern date. Observation of the excavation of the drain trenches around the church revealed nothing of archaeological importance. Inside the tower, the footing of the south wall was revealed and examined, and the presence of archaeological levels within the tower was established. [Au] |
