Abstract: |
Nine trial trenches, and 18 small test pits were excavated to evaluate an area of land to the rear of the Rainbow Supermarket, Eaton Socon, which had been proposed for residential and community development. No archaeological features were identified. All the trenches revealed a naturally deposited layer below the topsoil, and overlying the natural subsoil. [Au(abr)] |
