Abstract: |
Archaeological recording of the groundworks associated with an improved drainage system and the removal of a cobble and stone paved path, revealed medieval, post-medieval and modern artefacts and disturbed human bone. The stone slabs were revealed to be former tombstones, a 17th century metal token was recovered, but no in situ archaeological deposits dating before the post-medieval were observed. [Au(adp)] |
