Abstract:		 The assessment identified numerous sites of archaeological interest that lay within or adjacent to the proposed development area. Included within the remains were Bronze Age, Roman and Saxon inhumations, Late Iron Age settlement remains a Roman road and post-medieval agricultural remains. No evidence of Roman or Saxon had been previously identified despite the presence of burials. [AIP]
