Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out at the proposed site of a housing development. Previous desk-based assessment had identified that numerous findspots of prehistoric material, particularly Neolithic flint tools, had been recorded in the immediate vicinity of the site. During the evaluation, a post-medieval garden bedding trench containing post-medieval brick was recorded, but no earlier deposits or artefacts were encountered. [AIP] |
