Abstract: |
<summary>A watching brief was undertaken during excavations for a flood alleviation wall. The works consisted of the excavation of a trench 114 metres long, supposedly crossing the line of a Roman road. However, the Roman road was not located, all features revealed being of post-medieval or modern date. {italon}AIP{italoff} {italon}SMR Primary Record Numbers:{italoff} 1992.1019 (YAT investigation identification no) |
