Abstract:		 Desk-based assessment identified that the surviving landscape of the development area was primarily the product of medieval and later activity. Evidence of medieval agricultural activity and moorland reclamation, post-medieval reorganisation and agricultural improvement, and post-medieval settlement and occupation were identified. The presence of both Romano-British and prehistoric activity in the area around the site was also demonstrated. [Auth adap]
