Abstract: |
The landscape studied contained elements of two widely differeing but significant archaeological landscapes. One element contained a large amount of prehistoric monuments, which were concentrated together to form an archaeological landscape of regional importance. At the other end of the study zone a large uninvestigated Mesolithic landscape survived which had high archaeological potential. [Au] |
