Abstract: |
Medieval to modern garden soil and made-up deposits overlaid natural yellow sands and gravels, into which a large ditch had been cut. This contained a small number of sherds of medieval pottery. A second, possibly medieval feature was also observed, although ground conditions precluded detailed recording. [Au(abr)] |
