Abstract: |
A watching brief was maintained during topsoil stripping operations ahead of gravel extraction. A total of four struck flints were recovered from the soil bund, none of which were diagnostic but were dated to the Mesolithic - Bronze Age time range. A low mound was also revealed which was thought to have been an artificial rabbit warren. [AIP] |
