Abstract: |
The documentary investigation was undertaken to enhance the understanding of the pottery industry in Littlethorpe. Pottery production on the site was known to stem back to the 18th century although pottery production in the area could be dated to the medieval period. Specific features recorded during the investigation were buildings associated with pottery production, all of which were currently upstanding. [AIP] |
