The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 An archaeological monitoring and recording of groundworks associated with the redevelopment of the site was undertaken in order to fulfil a condition upon planning consent. Two shallow pits of medieval (13th-14th century) and post-medieval (17th - 18th century) date were revealed, possibly representing the western limit of some activity peripheral to the historic town layout. An early/mid 19th century brick lined well, probably related to the former No. 50 West Street, was revealed. [Au(adp)]
