Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out at the proposed site of a group of apartment blocks with associated car-parking. A small number of prehistoric flints had been recorded in the surrounding area. The remains of Grim's Dyke, a Scheduled Ancient Monument of probable Iron Age date, ran to the NE. Five trenches were excavated, and no finds or features were observed.[AIP] |
