Abstract: |
Archaeological observation of groundworks associated with the construction of a new extension recorded evidence of Romano-British activity. This consisted of the remains of a probable pebble yard surface and a possible internal floor. These would have been associated with the settlement identified during excavations on the neighbouring property to the south west in 1977. [Au(abr)] |
