Abstract: |
The watching brief which was undertaken immediately adjacent to the motte of Plympton Castle revealed the inner edge of the medieval ditch. No dating evidence for the ditch was revealed, although a small assemblage of 18th century pottery and a Georgian medal was recovered. [AIP] |
