Abstract: |
The evaluation established that no archaeological deposits or finds were present within the trenches excavated on the proposed development site. It seemed that the site represented a natural brook-side that sloped gently up from west to east and was liable to flooding. The brook was contained within a narrow channel created by building up the bank with imported material in modern times. [Au(adp)] |
