Excavation of foundations for a new conservatory at Manor Court house, within the Scheduled Area of St Mary's / Nuneaton Priory (Warwickshire Monument No 17005), did not penetrate to medieval levels. No features of archaeological significance were found, although the finds included a single sherd of 15th century pottery.[AIP] |
