Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out at the proposed site of a residential development. Previous construction work at an adjacent site had revealed a large linear feature. During the evaluation, two shallow linear features and a ditch, the latter containing a sherd of 14th-15th century pottery, were recorded. The ditch appeared to correlate with an interrupted linear anomaly detected by an earlier geophysical survey. It was decided that monitoring of future ground reduction at the site would not be necessary. [AIP] |
