Abstract:		 This evaluation identified two Roman parallel ditches, two pits of probable early medieval in date, one pit containing a leather shoe and a post-medievalwell. Environmental samples were taken from a probable early medieval cess pit and revealed numerous fruit seeds, nut shells, cereal crops, small mammal bones, fish bones and fly puparia. [Au(adp)]
